I called Supreme Electric due to my outlet sparking and Cassandra(sp?) explained to me what I needed to do till the technician arrived. The technician arrived with in 30 minutes. Once the technician (Brandon) arrived, he had my outlet and issues fixed in an hour. I was extremely happy about how well Supreme staff is with communication. From the first call all the way through the billing. Brandon explained the whole process to me and what caused my outlet to spark. So now, if this ever happens again, I know what to do and will definitely be calling Supreme Electric for all of my electrical work.
